Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to qualify. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we email and notify you, that we have received your returned item, at which time we may approve or reject of your claim for a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If a refund fails to show on your statement, again check with your bank account.
If then required, contact your credit card company, it may take time to officially post your refund.
If necessary, contact your bank. Processing times may differ before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, however items on special or promotion cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged items can only be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@petscope.com.au and send your item to- All Natural Foods Pty Ltd, 196 Berry Rd. Echunga SA 5153.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gifts when purchased and shipped to your nominated address, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item . Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be electronically mailed to you or the person/s purchasing the gift for you.</>

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 196 Berry Echunga, SA. 5153 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your postcode.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
